Financials Concerns:
Dental treatment is an excellent investment in your medical and psychological well-being. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. Being sensitive to the fact that people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, we provide a variety of payment options. Our promise to every patient is that we will sit with them and discuss finances prior to beginning any treatment. We believe an individual’s finances are very personal and private issue. Therefore, we choose to give it the privacy it deserves.
All Patients – Cancellation Policy:
A specific amount of time is reserved especially for you and we strongly encourage all patients to keep their appointments. Our office policy does require 48-business hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee; however, we do understand sometimes that is not practical. If for some reason a last minute emergency came up or you woke up ill… contact our office RIGHT AWAY as we do have a list of patients waiting to get in. Normally, we waive the first cancelled appointment. Please do not just NOT show up for your appointment or there will be a charge. If you have a history of cancelled appointments / no-show appointments there will be a charge and a chance you will be dismissed from our practice.
